Lighting: Agapanthus thrives in full sun to partial shade. While they prefer plenty of sunlight for optimal flowering, they can tolerate some shade, especially in hotter climates.
Temperature: Agapanthus prefers moderate temperatures and can tolerate both cool and warm conditions.
Watering: Agapanthus plants prefer consistently moist soil during the growing season but are somewhat drought-tolerant once established. Water deeply and infrequently, allowing the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings.
Size: Agapanthus typically grows to a height of 30 to 90 centimeters and has a spread of 30 to 45 centimeters.
