Fruit: Olives are medium-sized and typically oval or elliptical in shape. They have a high oil content, making them ideal for olive oil production. The olives ripen in the late fall to early winter, changing colour from green to purple or black as they mature.
Size: Grows more like a tree than a bush with an open and airy canopy. Stand at a planted height of approximately 4m.
Temperature: Thrives in a Mediterranean climate, characterized by mild, wet winters and hot, dry summers. They are well-suited for regions with long, warm growing seasons.
